Do you manage my Internet connection? |

The customer is responsible for the proper operation of their broadband Internet connection. However, we do continuously monitor the connection in several different ways and as a courtesy, we make a reasonable attempt to contact the customer with any information we have that might be helpful. If your DSL Internet connection fails, we suggest waiting for 5-10 minutes. If it is still down, turn power off on your broadband modem your and router/firewall and wait for 30 seconds and then re-apply power. Usually, this will clear temporary problems. If you still have no connection after another 5 minutes, you should call your DSL provider and report the problem. ONS requires that you have a working Internet connection before a Managed Server can be installed.
