In order to keep prices low, ONS is not able to offer credit terms to our customers.  All services must be pre-paid either by check or company credit card.  

We charge your credit card for our managed services once per month; usually on the day of the month you started service.  For pre-paid consulting time and products, we charge your card at the time of purchase.

We also send you a copy of all charges by email at the time of the transaction.  Credits for services are applied against future invoices. Credit for returned products are applied to your credit card.
