Everything relating to the proper operation of equipment owned and managed by ONS is included. Otherwise, unless your Service Agreement states differently, it is not included.  

Examples of covered items are configuring, monitoring, security and functional corrections, repairing and maintaining the hardware and software of the ONS server or the ONS server's UPS. Components of our equipment that fail or degrade in reliability in the course of normal wear and tear will be replaced by ONS at no additional cost to you.
