The server has no keyboard, mouse or monitor. Can I plug one in? E-mail

Connecting a keyboard or monitor to the server while it is operating can damage the circuitry on the motherboard and cause the server to fail.

Customers may not connect (or disconnect) any peripherals to (or from) the server.  If a change is required, ONS personnel will make all hardware and/or software changes.

Even if there were a keyboard, mouse and monitor, users are prevented by various means from logging into the server at the console, booting the server into another operating system, or bypassing the system security.
