How do you handle security and bug-fix patches? |

We monitor a number of security-related websites and evaluate the threat to our server configuration. Patches are tested, verified and then implemented on all affected systems as the threat level demands. All updates are normally done during the evening hours between 7:00 PM and midnight, except as might be warranted by an emergency change due to a serious time-critical vulnerability. In which case, we will schedule a time with the customer for updates to occur so as to minimize any possible impact to their business operations.
